The hotel had an excellent location, which made it easy for us to explore major sights with our kids. We enjoyed watching a fun event at the O2 Arena, and the staff were accommodating, helping us navigate the busy London streets with ease.

My kids wished for a larger breakfast space to avoid the morning rush. It would be great if they could expand the dining area.

The hotel's close proximity to Victoria Station and the outstanding help from Hamza with our luggage made our stay exceptionally enjoyable.
